Week 1 Weigh In and Measure

I know I was sick yesterday - but I had actually weighed myself the morning after my ice cream fiasco before I became ill;  I know the weight is accurate 

In the first 7 days, I lost 5 pounds and a total of 6.5 inches

BOOM!! How's that for results eh?  

Keep in mind that these results are not always typical!  I'm obese - which means my weight is going to come off faster than someone who is just overweight or lower on the BMI scale.    If you started out at a heavier weight than me, there is a good chance that may lose even more.  But, saying this - do NOT be disappointed if you don't! 

If you do this diet exactly as shown - most importantly - you will feel healthier!  

I can feel more muscle in my body.  It feels awesome to stretch. 

Other things I have noticed. 

I haven't had a blood pressure headache in over 5 days now
My back is not always aching like it used to (I strengthened those muscles)
My feet don't hurt all the time now when I walk.
And out of the 5 days where it was +30C my ankles barely swelled (I have edema), which is a huge thing for me!
