Day 6 and 7

Day 6 was good day!

I ended up have a small Mcdonalds Sundae on night 5 after I updated my blog (friend brought ice cream over for everyone). I shamelessly ate it :(

So, feeling guilty this morning I did another round of Cardio fix.   It took some of the guilt off lol

For lunch I made:

Spicy Chicken Cordon Blue
1.5 red and .5 blue

1 small chicken breast, pounded flat
.5 slice of deli ham, cut into strips
.5 blue container of shredded Swiss cheese
Low sodium Blackening Seasoning **
Lemon juice

Lay out chicken breast.   On larger end lay out ham and deli.   Tightly roll breast over the filling, tucking in the sides.

Squeeze lemon juice over meat and rub on seasoning
** if you don't want spicy you can use any of the seasonings in the 21 Day Fix book. I suggest the Mediterranean Seasoning

Heat non stick pan over medium heat.  Place chicken roll in and cover.    Cook for 15 minutes, turning every 5.    Remove from heat and keep it covered for another 5 minutes.

I served mine with oven roasted corn, and a spinach salad with olive oil and Lemon, a tiny dash of sea salt and pepper.

A bit of the cheese did melt out because I didn't roll it tight enough, but was still tasty :D

My body was really sore, and my stomach felt off since this morning (friend who came over the night before had just gotten over a stomach bug).

So I changed up my routine and did the Yoga Fix instead of the Dirty 30.  I surprised myself at how much balance I had, I'm not very flexible, but I'll get there.

Leftover eggplant and chili for supper with a serving of Brown rice (couldn't finish it).

DAY 7
I was sick sick sick!  Could barely keep down water, let alone any food.   I spent most of the day sleeping on and off.   I started feeling a little better around 8pm.  I ate a serving of cherries, them my hubby had ordered a pizza.

He made me eat a couple of slices (yes, you CAN have this in your diet... There is a list of foods and the containers they exchange for in the book). Thankfully I was able to keep it down.
