Day 8


Still not 100% over what got me yesterday, so I had a hard time following the plan and eating every couple of hours. 

I did eat breakfast, lunch and supper and drank my water.   I did my workout but had to slow it down a bit as my stomach was still crampy from the bug.   But I did it! 

Breakfast was something I wanted to try from a website.  It was a two ingredient pancake.  Bananas and eggs - that's it!!

Sadly it did not turn out at all.  I should have used oil of some sort, but I'm picky and try to avoid cooking with it if I can.  So mine turned into Scrambled Banana eggs. 

If anyone knows me, I hate wasting food, so I worked with it.


May not look appetizing, but it was quite nice!   I had it on toast and peanut butter.  It would have been better drizzled with maple syrup - but nah!! 

I couldn't finish it.   This was 1 red, 1 purple, 1 yellow and 2 tsp.  

Lunch was an organic protein bar that I had bought a while back in the store.  GORP Clean Energy Bar (cocoa, hemp and almond) It was delicious, very fruity, nutty and chocolatey.  I have no idea how to measure that, so not even going to bother (it was 270 calories). 

Dinner was baked chicken breast with a salad.  Couldn't finish it again. 

I'm not hungry, hoping I'll feel better enough tomorrow to start eating properly again. 

Signing off before my power goes out!  Fantastic lightning storm here - I even saw three massive bolts of Red lightning!  Beautiful!
