So, without further ado: my mortifying measurements and "before picture"
Chest: 41in
Arms: 15in
Waist: 40in
Hips: 51in
Thighs: 28in
For a whopping total of 218 inches.
At 234 lbs at 5'9" with a large bone structure, my weight should fall between 168-185 lbs for normal weight.

I know - not pretty.
It took me years to get here, so I'm not going to expect it to fix itself overnight. It's time to get to work and do this!
The morning was tough! I'm not used to eating breakfast. So I sat sipping my coffee and read my book to plan my meals out for the day.
At 10pm I ended up eating 1/2 red container with a hard boiled egg, a yellow container of very stale oatmeal with a teaspoon full of maple syrup and a purple container of mango. I was NOT impressed with the oatmeal, I need to get more.
At 12pm, My lunch consisted of 1 green container of carrot sticks and cucumber. 1 yellow container of whole wheat pita triangles and one container of hummus. Again I was stuffed silly.
I put my toddler down for nap at 1pm and did my first workout: Total Body Cardio Fix.
I was whipped!! Thank goodness for Kat - the modifier! I knew I was out of shape when I was ready to drop within the first 15 minutes.
2pm first snack. Another green container of carrot slices. Again super full.
5pm Dinner time was a pork tenderloin with steamed kale and brown rice. I rubbed the tenderloin down with 2 tsp of olive oil, some salt and pepper and the Mediterranean Seasoning mix included in the book. So one red, one yellow and one green each, with a tsp of oil.
7pm I had my treat day right off the bat - a skim milk with a spoon of chocolate quick (which I'm sure is NOT approved for this diet) with watermelon for a snack.
Overall impression
I don't even feel like I had dieted. I was stuffed silly all day - except it was all healthy choices. In fact, other than the chocolate milk I had in the evening - i was completely satisfied. But I knew right away this was going to get boring fast! I need to look up some recipes! I'm sore!
Since I love cooking so much myself - I'm going to give a recipe that I have used each day. I didn't take a picture today, but this one is a keeper.
Juicy Lean Tenderloin
This is more of a cooking technique than an actual recipe, but it gives you the most delicious and juicy tenderloin you will ever eat!
1 lb tenderloin **
2 tsp olive oil
Mediterranean Seasoning (from your book)
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 500F (yup, 500!!)
Rub tenderloin with olive oil then seasoning. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet.
** Here's the very important part! When oven is ready, put the tenderloin in for 5.5 minutes only - you need to time this!
If you have a larger tenderloin, adjust time accordingly. It's 5.5min per pound.
If you have two one pound tenderloins, cook them an inch apart for the time I said above
When the timer goes off, turn oven off and don't touch the door for one hour!!
After the time is up, you can take it out of oven and let rest as you make your sides.
